Given the serious health emergency, we believe that it’s important to reassure you about the seriousness and sense of responsibility with which our structure has always carried out the work related to the cleanliness and salubrity of its facilities.
Work which includes:

  • Compliance with Legionella prevention and control guidelines;
  • The usual and accurate cleaning and sanitizing operations that we have always carried out in our facilities, using only top quality detergents.

In addition, from this year, we have decided to introduce a few additional measures and services in order to guarantee you and all guests a stay in complete safety and tranquility.
These new arrangements provide:

  • In our Residence you will find a series of designed stations to disinfect your hands
  • The use by our staff of the detergent specific to sanitize, certified by the Ministry of Health.
  • The supply of a kitchen kit including single-dose sanitizers, which you will find inside the apartment.
  • The use of an ozone generator at every customer change, in order to guarantee the disinfection and to sanitize of the apartment. The ozonization process allows to purify all the spaces from bacteria and viruses.
  • You can chek-in online directly from home before your arrival.
  • You have the possibility to order your grocery shopping by phone and receive it directly in the apartment, thanks to agreements with some local shops.
  • If you don't want to have breakfast in the common breakfast room of the property, you can order it the night before at the bar or reception and receive it directly into the apartment.
  • In the common areas ( bar, dehor and breakfast room ) the position of the tables will guarantee the required distance.
  • By booking any type of apartment, except the standard studio apartment for 2 pax and the mansard apartment for 3/4 pax, you will be guaranteed the use of a sun umbrella and two sunchairs at our partner establishments in compliance with the rules of spacing cause of Covid 19.
  • We have installed a dispenser to have always available natural and sparkling water purified and cool, so you will avoid to buy and carry bottles of water, contributing to a strong reduction of plastic emissions into the environment, the service is completely free of charge.

  • This summer is valid the following convenient cancellation policy:
    • June: no penalty fee until 72 hours before the arrival
    • July: no penalty fee until 72 hours before the arrival
    • August: no penalty fee until 72 hours before the arrival
    • September: no penalty fee until 72 hours before the arrival
    • October: no penalty fee until 72 hours before the arrival
    any deposit will be activated for future stays with a voucher.
