The apartments are located on 1st and 2nd floors of the structure at the side of the building and are all furnished with:
bedroom with double bed and single bed in the kitchen-dining room, bathroom, LCD TV 22” in the bedroom, LCD TV 32” in the living room-kitchen, Satellite decoder, DVD player, safe, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, couch, balcony with chairs, small table and lounge chair.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, 4 electric vitroceramic plates, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans and silverware.

  • Continental Breakfast:
    A full breakfast is served at the table by our staff in the bar or under the veranda .You can choose among sweet cakes and croissant, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and orange juice. For those who love salty breakfast we offer you eggs, omelets, bacon, focaccia, cold cuts and cheeses. All served with coffee / milk big cappuccinos and/ or selection of tea.
  • Italian Breakfast:
    The treatment with Italian Breakfast includes: Cappuccino or Tea or Espresso, a slice of focaccia or croissant, fresh squeezed orange juice.

Conditions

  • CHECK-IN is expected after 3.00 p.m.
  • CHECK-OUT is expected within 10 a.m.
  • People's number pointed out for every apartment is the maximum number allowed for the occupation. Insofar your children, even if dwarfish, they are considered as adults and they must reenter in the maximum number of the people allowed for every reserved apartment.
  • The Guest, who arrives after the check-in day or leaves before the check-out day, will pay the total amount of the original booked stay.
  • During low season periods it is possible to book also for short periods, also for week-ends only.
  • During winter moths several apartments are available at our Dependance.

Conditions and cancellation policy for reservations through our booking online

  • No credit card is required at the moment of the booking, for your comfort the transaction with your credit card is no longer managed by us but by the interbankary networks, according to the new European law PSD2 through SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) concerning payments with credit cards from 01/01/2021. You can confirm your reservation simply by filling up the form in our booking online with your personal data including your phone number and email address.
  • No pre-authorization on your credit card is going to be set up, because we don’t have your credit card details.
  • From 22/03 until 28/06 and from 31/08 until 19/10 a deposit of the cost of the first night will be required and you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
  • From 29/06 to 30/08 you will be required a deposit of 30% of the total reservation and you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
  • 7 or 14 Days prior to your arrival you’ll receive an email containing a link with secure connection to Nexi or Axerve e-commerce networks, where you can pay a confirmatory deposit of the 30% of the total amount of the reservation or the cost of the first night, according to the cancellation policy of your booking. However, if you prefer, you can pay the deposit at the moment of the reservation, and in case of cancellation within the terms of the policy, your deposit will be refunded.
  • For reservations with non-Refundable rate, Last Minute rate or made during the 7 or 14 days before the arrival, you will receive automatically at the moment of your booking an email with the link to Nexi or Axerve e-commerce networks for the deposit.
  • If we do not receive any payment within 24 hours from the email, the reservation is automatically cancelled by the system.
  • You can pay the remaining amount of the booking directly at the check-in or during your stay.

Conditions and cancellation policy for reservations via email, phone or other methods

  • The reservation is considered confirmed only after having received the deposit of 30% of the total amount of your booking or of the first night.
  • Payment Methods: bank transfer, cash, Pay By Link with credit card.
  • From 22/03 until 28/06 and from 31/08 until 19/10 In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the full deposit paid will be refunded (cost of the first night).
  • In case of cancellation between the 6th day and the day of arrival there is no refund of the deposit paid.
  • From 29/06 to 30/08 In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, the full deposit paid (30% of the total booking) will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation between the 13th day and the day of arrival there is no refund of the deposit paid.
